Chelsea and JD knew from the start they wanted their day to be a celebration of family and it was just that! Their Cheyenne Mountain Resort wedding was also the perfect way to share their love of Colorado and the mountains with their friends and family. The views from the resort are unforgettable and one of my favorite views of Colorado Springs as the sun sets behind the mountains!
There were many sweet moments recalling the story of how these two’s story intersected. Volleyball was the biggest connection when these two first met through JD’s sister who played volleyball with Chelsea. JD’s sister’s family was a big part of their day and their darling little boy who was their ring bearer stole the show all throughout the day!
As beautiful as their day was, it does not compare to the beautiful hearts Chelsea and JD have! Their heart to celebrate and care for their family, to support and love on their vendors, and to be such happy and peaceful souls made serving them all the more joyful! I loved getting to be a part of their story as they planned and prepared for their big day, and to be there from start to end on their wedding day was such a privilege!
