Another Colorado winter engagement? Yes, please! The theme for our Colorado winter this year has been COLD. And my couples have been so amazing braving the cold and snow to capture their portraits together.
I loved getting to capture Chelsea and JD’s engagement at one of my favorite spots. And their rescued fur baby, Max, made it all the more fun. He was all about exploring in that snow and we got such fun shots with the three of them together!
It was Chelsea’s new volleyball partner, and JD’s sister, who brought them together. And their friendship quickly grew to something more. JD surprised Chelsea with a proposal on a hike near the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. JD proposed with his grandmother’s gorgeous vintage ring and it is so beautiful!
Chelsea is a Colorado native and their wedding is going to be all about keeping Colorado’s beauty front and center. I can’t wait for their Cheyenne Mountain Resort wedding this Fall with all the Fall color!
