These mountain family pictures were so much fun to capture! I’m always so honored to be able to capture families year by year and I was all the more excited when Katy opted to have their annual portraits taken up in the mountains this year. We not only had a most perfect Fall evening filled with gorgeous light the whole time, but we also had the most happy kiddos.
Katy did an amazing job pulling together her family’s outfits in a cohesive color palette that complements the nature surrounding them so well. She mentioned that her girls’ dresses took a couple of months to come in but they worked out so perfectly!
I loved getting to laugh alongside them as we played, explored, and captured their family in the mountain views of Colorado! We went to some of my favorite spots and snuck up to the overlook to capture them all together as the sun set over the mountaintops.
I’ll take a mountain top session anytime especially when we’ve got sunshine and smiles in spades! Enjoy some of my many favorites from their session!
