This Evergreen Lake maternity session was such a sweet, perfect shoot! I loved capturing these two as they wait expectantly for their little man to arrive soon! I have known Amanda since we were kids growing up in our same church. Now fast forward *cough* 15 years or so *cough* and sweet Amanda is married and expecting a little one! I love seeing their own little family growing and sharing in that excitement!
We were all hoping for a little snow for their November session in the mountains, and though we didn’t get a snowy day we sure got a beautiful sunny day! We ventured up to Evergreen Lake to capture their maternity pictures by the water and it was so warm and beautiful! I loved all our sunshine and the light reflecting around the lake which made for beautiful light even after the sun went behind the mountains. My favorite part was capturing Amanda in her gorgeous maternity gown that had the sweetest little train – just wait til you see!
Amanda and Nick also brought the cutest little sign so perfect for welcoming their baby as we head into the Christmas season. So much joy and excitement captured with these three and I’m thrilled to share their mountain lake maternity session on the blog today! Enjoy some of my favorites!
