I was so excited when Melissa and her family signed up for my summer mini sessions to get family pictures not only because its always such an honor to have families I’ve captured return for pictures again, but also because I knew I was a much more experienced photographer than I was three years ago when I last captured them. I so love seeing the families I capture grow (for the Palmer crew both their darling girls are now in school!) but I also get to see my own skills grow and capture them with more emotion, more artful light, and even more fun together.
I’m excited to share their family session where we went out to beautiful Parker, Colorado. The trees and fields were just perfect for some fun family pictures! You can see their first session with me three years ago here. I almost cringe to share seeing how much I’ve grown in my skills over the years, but I want to share that I’m constantly seeking ways to improve and grow and try new things!
