This post is long overdue, as it was last October that I had the privilege of capturing these pictures! Last October I had the most amazing opportunity to attend Katelyn James’ Workshop at her home in Virginia. Out of thousands of people, somehow God made a way for me to go. And I’m still not sure how I got so lucky as to meet Katelyn James (my photographer inspiration). So a very pregnant me flew all the way to Virginia last October to meet Katelyn James and hear from her firsthand about running a photography business. We talked about all things photography and business both days I was there and left with a boatload of resources and new inspiration.
Needless to say it was a God given opportunity for me to meet Katelyn James (which felt just like meeting a celebrity and she’s even more amazing in person!). We had a beautiful styled shoot filled with the most gorgeous details that we all got to capture! I had so much fun capturing the day, the details, the models, and the moments! I hope you feel as inspired as I was!
After I was home we were headlong into the Holiday season and then our sweet little Connor arrived in January. Life has been a bit of a whirlwind this last year, but I’m still so excited to share my experience.
