So often my family sessions are outdoor family portraits which I love! But when Ashley asked me about doing newborn and family portraits together at their home, I was so excited! There’s something so special about capturing a family as they are in their home where they spend the most time and are the most comfortable together. It made it so easy and less stressful to move from inside to their backyard or just down the street, diaper changes, nursing breaks, and snack breaks were all easy to manage while still capturing lots of sweet moments to remember this sweet (but busy!) season in their lives as they adjust to their darling little boy joining their family.
