Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing. – Theodore Roosevelt
Every year I love to look back at the year and pick out some of my favorite images to share from the whole year. It sure is encouraging to look through, especially when I compare it to my “best of” images from previous years. My goal has been to create images that portray emotion – most especially the way people feel about each other. I want my work to look and feel natural, joyful, and timeless and its been these goals driving my work this year. But along with that, my goal has been that each of my clients know and feel how valued they are through my work. And that is the work that is worth doing above it all. I want to serve and honor my clients trust in me to capture their pictures with the best I can offer. And I hope to continue to grow in this in the new year ahead!
This year I had the honor of being published two times by Aisle Society and Popped! publications online. And I also received the honor of being a grand prize winner in CGPro Prints national photo contest with one of my pictures. This was such a fun and amazing surprise! I was also interviewed by Voyager Denver and featured on their website showcasing local entrepreneurs! So honored to be featured in so many ways!
This year has been a good one, and I’m so excited for the new year and all that it holds! Enjoy some of my very favorite portrait images from this past year! A blog post on my favorite wedding and engagement pictures to come! 🙂
