The more I’ve dived into Real Estate Photography, the more I have learned about High Dynamic Range photos – HDR – that blend exposures together to capture the most light and detail as possible. This type of photography is perfect for capturing real estate and making a home look its best. In addition, I’ve had so much fun playing with twilight photography – images just after sunset. My sweet friend, Kristen, is selling her home and asked me to not only take pictures of her house for her listing, but also to do a twilight shot of their house. Here is what I came up with! I’m excited to share that her house also sold within one week of being on the market. I take no credit in its fast sale (Kristen is an amazing real estate agent selling her own home – unstoppable!), but I like to think that the pictures played an important role. Have a look!
