Those special moments are truly all around us as moms raising little ones, all we need do is slow down to see them. Which oftentimes is easier said than done! I love the way that family portraits can catch moments like that to hold onto and remember, which is exactly my mission in taking portraits – to capture moments that represent the way you feel about one another that you can always remember the joy shared in being together.
I thought it fitting to start this blog post with a quote from Brene Brown because Dawn quotes her all the time! Dawn is a counselor and is filled with such wisdom that she so kindly shares with others all the time! Her heart for reaching and helping others is so evident! And I’ve had the honor of working with her to take other portraits and design graphic work these last two years, so it was extra special to spend a Spring afternoon with her whole sweet family!
